Key for the Long Life

I picked this wooden plaque up at a Japan Festival once, and finding it again in the reorganization of my office, I'm convinced more than ever that this isn't just the "Key for the Long Life," as it explains in the translation on the back, but pretty much a prescription for a good life too:
1) Laugh a lot.
2) Walk a lot.
3) Work diligently.
4) Get plenty of sleep.
5) Get up early.
6) Eat in moderation.
7) Don't worry too much.
Forget New Year's resolutions. These are my new life resolutions.
