Reports from the Front Lines

Two more Team Bonzai agents have checked in with Samurai Shortstop news:
First, Bill Householder, who asks that he be referred to as "Tennessee Tanuki," reports that the Borders near West Town Mall in Knoxville, Tennessee has deigned to carry a lone copy of Samurai. This is a break from tradition with its sister stores, where there is a noticeable lack of japanese baseball books for young readers. And in yet another close encounter, Tennessee Tanuki has learned that the Knox County Library System has also placed Samurai Shortstop on order. As Bill says, "You're in the librarizzle-hizzue, baby!!"
Fo-shizzle, Tennessee Tanuki, fo shizzle.
Our other new field agent, Mary Ann Rodman, writes, "I was in Jackson last week, and Lemuria has sold out of your book...twice! Yvonne is handselling it like crazy." This too is welcome news! Besides being a lost continent, Lemuria is a fine independent bookstore in Jackson, Mississippi. Thanks to Mary Ann, and to Yvonne, the kids book manager there!
Go banzai!
